Mucho and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Mucho you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Mucho service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Mucho whether or not included in the Mucho Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Your Account

Mucho does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Mucho only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Mucho and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Copyright Complaints
Mucho and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement email us with your complaint.
Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from Mucho are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Mucho and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Mucho does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Mucho itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Applicable Law
By visiting Mucho, you agree that the laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Mucho or its affiliates.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Mucho or to products you purchase through Mucho shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Mucho's intellectual property rights, Mucho may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or court of Singapore, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Singapore Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
HOW SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery
Mucho will attempt to ship all in-stock orders within the shortest possible time.
Goods will be delivered according to weight for all items per parcel. For any order that exceed the maximum weight limited 20 kilograms (unless bulk purchase please email to [email protected]).
Mucho shall not be liable for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet the delivery date. A charge will be made for delivery, these will vary dependant on weight of purchases and will be calculated upon confirmation of your order. Loss or damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to Mucho within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Risk shall pass to the Customer on delivery and the Goods should be insured accordingly.

Shipping Charges
Oversized items will be charged a $15.00 surcharge to cover the additional fees UPS adds for items 60 or more in length. The surcharge also covers the additional costs of custom boxes and packing material required to ship safely.
Custom Charges
Mucho does not charge any customs duties on international shipments, but you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches you country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Return
Due to a very competitive pricing structure that we provide to our customers, we only accept return of faulty goods. Therefore customers are required to borne the responsibility to adopt as much information about the products such as weight, types (floating/sinking), color, size and other relevant details prior the purchase or order.

Return of Faulty Goods
Goods that are faulty can be exchanged within 7 working days of its receipt, (although exceptions to this may occur from time to time). Shipment charges may be applicable by customer both ways of returned items. No shipment charges will be refunded on any goods that are returned for refund that are not faulty.
Mucho will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling. Faulty returns, including those returned as faulty when no fault is found, will be credited at the selling price less a restocking/handling charge of 50% of that price.
Liability
Mucho will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the products/site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages/injuries. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages/injuries. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Mucho Gather?

We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. Information From Other Sources:
For reasons such as improving personalization of our service (for example, providing better product recommendations or special offers that we think will interest you), we might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. We also sometimes receive updated delivery and address information from our shippers or other sources so that we can correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily.
What About Cookies?
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computers hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize you browser and to provide features such as automatic login and permanent shopping carts for storage of items in you Shopping Cart between visits. Does Mucho Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only with the subsidiaries Mucho controls and as described below.
Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control:
We work closely with our affiliated businesses. In some cases, these businesses operate stores at Mucho or sell offerings to you at Mucho. In other cases, we operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines jointly with these businesses. You can tell when another business is involved in your transactions, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that business.
Agents:
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Promotional Offers:
Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Mucho customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please adjust you account newsletter preference, as that is how we will send out our promotions.
Business Transfers:
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores or assets. In such transaction, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that Mucho, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Mucho, our users, or others. How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using PayPal as our payment processor, they process the credit cards, so Mucho will NEVER see your credit card number. Paypal and protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
What Information Can I Access?
Mucho gives you access to the following information about you for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. This list will change as our Web site evolves.
What Choices Do I Have?
As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of such Mucho features as Automatic login, and permanent shopping carts. You can add or update certain information on pages such as those listed in the My Account pages. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records. Mucho does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell childrens products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Mucho only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
